Using the moodle quiz for classroom application is something that i believe I will be using in the fall and has unlimited possibilities. Below I will give a brief overview of how to set a a multiple choice question quiz
1- start by selecting under create an activity choose QUIZ
2- The first pg is just about your basic main items for the quiz (name and so on). Under students may review ensure that feeback and general feed back are selected. Also under timing you can make selections to have the quiz only available to students at a certain time. There also is at the bottom of the page a place to give feedback to the students depending what score they get (grade). CLICK save changes
3- On the next page select create a question in the drop down box . pick multiple choice
4- In the general box on the next pg put the question name and type the question itself into the question text box. Next in all the differnt choice boxs below put a correct answer and the rest should have wrong answers. The choice that does have the right answer select 100% in the grade box this shows it is the correct answer.In the text box below each choice you can add text that the student will see when they select that given answer only.
5-At the bottom in overall feedback box you can select something that each student will see if they select any correct answer OR any incorrect answer
6-next select the boxs next to the question names that you want to use in the quiz.. CLICK add to quiz then save changes.
7- To view your quiz go to quiz's at the top then select your quiz.. Remember to edit the questions select the pencil with a hand but to edit the whole quiz select Update this quiz button in the top right corner

I believe a little proofreading is needed. The sentences with a phrase from the quiz generator should be set apart with ltalic or bold script. I had to read the sentences several times to understand the flow. I saw that you did this for some of the steps.
Example: 1- start by selecting under create an activity choose QUIZ. (This needs reworking.)
Maybe - 1. Start by choosing Quiz which is listed under create an activity.
