I was excited in class today to see how my own base knowledge has grow in such a limited time.  Sure I still have hundreds of questions, but I am starting to see and understand why the course is developing in the way that it is. This course is always evolving, by creating material that matures, we are advancing all knowledge on many fronts.  

Having the student develop a grading rubric, was a really smart idea.  I did however, have reservations with everyone trying to build one together.  I believe a rubric needs to have ideas and approximations that flow within one another.  It is hard to accomplish this goal, when so many are trying to advance the process along.   All the same, I believe group work helps a person develop so many skills.  Listening and respecting others ideas are fundamental.  Groups encourage you to discover new avenues and issues that can lead you to more rewarding accomplishments. 

As we are encouraged to update our information, skills, and literacies I think we are ensuring that we are getting the knowledge that is required from the course.  Every day, I am hoping to add to my lists, so that I can see the advances that I am making. 

Overall, great class.  As expected, I am still working on understanding some of the central ideas that we have touched on.
